On last June 30th and 1st of July, famous brand of injection machines, BOLE, through its distributor in Spain, DTC Tecnología, presented its wide range of products, at DICOMOL facilities in La Llagosta, where it has been placed an new injection machine BL-230 EKS.
More than 50 people linked to the plastic injection sector accompanied us in this first Open Day promotioned by DICOMOL. They were able to see in live the operation of the patented central locking system, within clamping knee action, where the advantages of the hydraulic injection machine are perfectly combined.
In addition to this machine, samples of peripherals systems where exposed from AGCM Plastic Solutions company: Grinders, dispensers, chillers, auxiliary injection groups and rotary plates, among others.
These meetings have been the starting point of a collaboration where BOLE will have a permanent show room for its machines in La Llagosta, to carry out, information, training and bring its solutions and advantages close to its local customers:
- Structural rigidity increased by 30%, with more than 60 technical innovations.
- Energy saving activated during opening and closing movements
- Mould opening and closing positioning accuracy within 0.5mm.
- Injection positioning accuracy within 0.2mm.
- 3x1000 injection weight precision.
- Savings of 2% to 5% of plastic material in 80% of production cases.
- Compacted machine (smaller size) due to the integrated design of the cylinder.
